Purchasing a new puppy online can be scary but also very rewarding. The internet is full of scams and deceivious people. It is always wise to be cautious when purchasing anything online. I think one of the best ways to let you know I am an honest and reputable breeder is by letting you hear it from some of our past customers. We recently got our new baby shih tzu from Angela at Impressive Pups. This is my 3rd experience buying from a breeder online and was by far the best experience. Angela was very open, honest and forthcoming with all information regarding her puppies. She answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly so I always felt like I knew exactly what to expect. Her puppies are adorable and very well loved by Angela and her family. She answered my emails and phones call very promptly and welcomed us into her home when it was time to visit to pick up our new baby girl.I would defintitely recommend Angela to anyone looking to buy a puppy. I was a little nervous about buying a puppy off the internet but once I talked to Angela I felt like she was honest and trustworthy. The puppy was exactly what I was looking for. Angela was so nice and answered all my questions.She stayed in touch with me before and after I picked up my little one. She worked with me to set up a time and place to pick my puppy up. He was everything she said he would be. Due to an accident, I lost my little one 3 months later. I called Angela and ask about another puppy. Again, she was very nice and helpful. I bought 2 more puppies from her. Angela is a caring and trustworthy person who loves her puppies. I highly recommend her as a breeder. Now Grandchildren run around our house, so it was time to another puppy to keep us all company. While searching for quite a while, we came across this breeder. Not only did she have the solid color black puppy we were looking for, She gave us great service and help. The puppy arrived in great condition in a great container, that we still use. We also received plenty of information to get us started. I highly recommend her.

I found the web site for Impresive Pups and fell in love with a little black and white Shih Tsu named Mollie. Very nervous about purchasing a pup I hadn't seen in person and having to ship such a little one made me very nervous. Angela was incredibly patient and the best in answering all of my questions (it had been 19 years since I had a puppy) and reassuring me about the flight and care for her. I have loved our little Zoe from the minute I picked her up from the airport. She was so socialized, perfect for her breed and incredibly smart. We've had her since 12/22 and she's almost completely housebroken and gives me joy every day. My vet was incredibly impressed with Zoe and told me that I had gotten a terrific puppy.

I thought the picture wasn't the real thing. But in fact it was actually my dog. Angela stayed in constant contact with me and sent me updates. A male Shih tzu pup was air ship to us without any problems. He was checked at my vet and found to be very healthy. He is staying tiny as hoped and we've had no problems with him at all. He is lively and friendly, a perfect little guy. I would recommend this breeder based on my very positive experience.
Honesty matter!
I purchased two puppies from Angela and prior to my purhase and since my purchase she has been exceptionally helpful. Her support is excellent and so are her puppies. She is a person who is true to her word and what she tells you is what you get and it doesn't just stop there. Awsome puppies!

Great Little Yorkie!
We are dachshund breeders branching out into Yorkies and Angela had our little Ozzy. Ozzy is a beautiful little fella with a enormous personality. Angela's dogs are beautiful and well-taken care of. I purchased Lizzie the Yorkie this month, she was Excellant in every way, and I cant give Angela Enough Praise in Everything, Angela sees that every person who purchases her puppies are kept in Frequent Contant via email or phone through the Whole Process. Angela not only Answers All Questions, but as she mentions she gives a Life Time of Support. When Lizzie arrived to me, I was absolutely surprized at all the Information Package that came with Lizzie,everything to keep your papers & records in, plus all the information on a puppy that you may seemed to have forgotten to ask. Excellent decision...
I purchased a female Chinese Imperial from Angela. This was the first time ever purchasing an animal online and I was very worried about it. After looking at "tons" of pups, I decided on one of Angelas. I called her and she talked to me several times and was happy to answer all my questions. When the puppy arrived, she was unbelievably well adjusted and took to my family, her food, and her new house immediately. She sleeps through the night and has been very good with her puppy pads. It's very apparent that Angela is very good raising the puppies and had a lot of interaction with them. If you are considering any of Angelas pups, do not hesitate! She is a doll Angela.....thanks!! I got a Shih-Tzu!
I just got a Shih-Tzu from Angela and it was a great experience! I have never purchased online, let alone had a puppy shipped to me, so I was very reluctant and nervous. She kept in great contact with me and made the whole experience simple and quick, despite the grounding of so many flights these days! She has been very good at answering my questions, and she could not have been more accurate when she said the pictures don't do her dogs justice- if they are all as cute as mine is in person, you just can't go wrong!

Purchasing Bella From Angela was an easy and professional experience. It was a warm and special setting to meet Bella for the first time in their home . You knew instantly that Angela loved and cared for all her babies. The dogs are all well taken care of and Angela seems to have a very close relationship with her vet. Any one purchasing a puppy from Angela is in good hands.

"Angelas shihtzus are all so well taken care of. She is a very competent/knowledgable breeder who makes sure these puppies go home with more than just some extra food to get started with. She provided us a complete packet of information including a checklist of necessary worming and vaccinations and mostly the most loveable shihtzu I could find. When visiting the breeder I could immediately tell these puppies each had individual attention, playtime and necessary physical care that a little dog would need. In addition she has no problem with answering any follow up calls/questions regarding our purchase. Our vet was very impressed with the information that was provided by the breeder and asked for more information regarding this breeder. Anyone purchasing from Angela would certainly be back soon to find a companion for the first puppy (either Yorkie or Shihtzu)."

We recently bought our first puppy from Angela James. Angela was very easy to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly either by phone or email. Since we live fairly far awary, we were not able to see the puppy before I paid the deposit and picked one. She sent numerous pictures of the two shih tzu's available and gave me a lot of details about their personalities. When we picked up our puppy, she was exactly as described. She seemed very happy, loved and well cared for. We are extremely satisfied with her and with Angela. We received all the necessary AKC paperwork as well as other pamphlets and ideas of how to best care for her. Even after we came home, I continue to stay in contact with Angela and I know I can count on her to help us through any situation that may arise with our puppy! I would definately recommend Angela James if you are looking for a puppy!!

My AKC Female Yorkie
Angela is a very honest breeder-a breath of fresh air as compared to those out there who do not have a conscience or perhaps even a soul. She does not misrepresent what she has to offer and always responds to her emails in a timely fashion. She sent me pictures of the sire & dam of my puppy upon request and has made the adoption process as flawless as possible. I find her to be a sincere person who is not interested in gauging people for a puppy. My pretty puppy arrived clean and with all pertinent records in tow. All of this in contrast to other breeders whom I have had to hunt down for AKC papers & other various records. Angela let us play with Beans' mother, as well as show us who the father of the litter is. We were able to pick the puppy that best suits our lifestyle. We named our yorkie Beans. We love our little puppy. He is very friendly and outgoing. He is everyone's best friend. Bean's is very healthy as well as beautiful.

BEAUTIFUL YORKIES
I bought a yorkie from Angela James in July 2007. My yorkie was in excellent condition. I took her to my vet and they told me that the breeder did an excellent job in raising her and her paperwork was excellent. I have had no problems with her. If I ever have a question I know she is always there! We still exchange emails. If I ever get another Yorkie it would be from Angela. I can't say enough but EXCELLENT!!!!!!!
A+ Breeder
I bought a blue/gold male Yorkie from Angela in August in excellent health all shots were up to date and he was gorgeous. I was provided a health guarantee and a puppy kit to get started she was available to answer any questions or concerns even after I took my puppy home we still keep in touch via e-mail. Her kennel was extremely impressive as well A+ Breeder I would definately buy from her again and recommend her to anyone who was looking for a good pup.
